Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we protect it.

Last updated: 9 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LDYNC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit lingdync.shop (the “Site”) or place an order with us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Who We Are

LDYNC is the trading name of Guangxi Lingdong Technology Co., Ltd. (“LDYNC”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in the People’s Republic of China. Our registered office is at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Our customer support team can be reached at lingdongkeji2025@outlook.com.

Orders are fulfilled from our distribution warehouse located in United States. Our company registration number is [COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER].

2. What We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and billing details — name, email address, telephone number, shipping and billing address. Required to process an order.
  • Order contents — the products you buy, their size or colour selection where applicable, and the delivery address.
  • Customer service correspondence — messages, attachments and any details you choose to include when you contact us about an order or a return.
  • Account details — if you create a My Account, we store your email address and order history so you can look up past purchases.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and log data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, referring page and pages you visit, and the approximate time of your visit.
  • Cookies — see section 6.
  • Payment confirmation data — after payment is authorised we receive a transaction reference, the amount, the card or wallet brand and the last four digits where the payment provider supplies them. We never receive or store your full card number.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect special-category personal information, we do not ask for a social security or national identity number, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone for money.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To take, process, deliver and refund your order.
  • To contact you about your order, a return, or a support request.
  • To send order and account notifications, such as dispatch and delivery confirmations.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents on the Site.
  • To comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • To understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.
  • To send you marketing email, only if you have asked us to. Every marketing message contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect the transactional messages described above.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. When you submit payment, your card or wallet details are transmitted directly to the provider over an encrypted connection and are handled under the provider’s own privacy policy. We never see, store or have access to your full card number or security code. We keep only the transaction reference, the amount and the limited card metadata listed in section 2, which we need for order fulfilment, refunds and chargeback handling.

5. Shipping and Delivery Partners

We use third-party carriers such as the United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx and DHL to deliver orders. Their names, contact details and delivery address are shared with them only to the extent necessary to deliver your parcel. Carriers handle that data under their own privacy policies, which are linked on their websites.

6. Cookies

We use two kinds of cookies.

Strictly necessary cookies make the Site work. They remember your cart contents, keep you signed in to My Account, apply your currency and language choice, and protect against cross-site request forgery. The Site cannot function without them, so they are not subject to consent.

Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are used. We use a privacy-respecting analytics service that records page views in aggregate and does not build a profile of you across other websites.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the cart and checkout from working. If we introduce any non-essential cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and this section will be updated.

7. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

Where the EU or UK data protection rules apply to you, we rely on the following bases:

  • Contract — processing your order, handling returns and refunds, and responding to your support requests.
  • Legal obligation — record-keeping, tax reporting, fraud prevention and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
  • Legitimate interests — securing the Site, improving it, and understanding how it is used, balanced against your rights.
  • Consent — marketing email and any non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.

8. Who We Share Information With

We share the minimum necessary information with:

  • Payment providers, to take payment and handle refunds.
  • Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
  • Our email service provider, to send order and support messages.
  • Professional advisers and auditors, where we are legally required to disclose information.
  • Law enforcement or regulators, where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade or share it for our own marketing benefit. We have not knowingly sold personal information in the preceding 12 months.

9. International Transfers

We are established in the People’s Republic of China and fulfil orders from the United States. If you order from outside the United States or the European Economic Area, your information will be transferred to and processed in the countries where we or our partners operate. Where that transfer is subject to the EU or UK rules, we rely on an appropriate safeguard such as standard contractual clauses, or on the derogation that applies where transfer is necessary for the performance of our contract with you.

10. How Long We Keep Your Information

  • Order records — retained for 7 years from the end of the tax year in which the order was placed, because tax and accounting law requires it.
  • Account data — retained while your account is active, and for 30 days after you close it.
  • Customer service correspondence — retained for 3 years from the last contact, to handle recurring issues.
  • Marketing preferences — retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Server logs — retained for up to 90 days.

11. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Get a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Ask us to delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep.
  • Restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw consent, where our processing relies on it.
  • Ask for your information in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at lingdongkeji2025@outlook.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on your request. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a right.

This clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live.

12. California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you in the preceding 12 months, to request deletion of information that is not subject to an exception, and to know what categories of personal information we disclose to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make a request, email lingdongkeji2025@outlook.com. We will verify your request by matching the email address you provide against our order records.

California residents may also opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information by visiting our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. Because we do not sell or share personal information, that page will confirm that no opt-out is required.

13. Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit (TLS) on the Site, restrict internal access to staff who need it to run the business, and require our payment and carriers to do the same. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim that our system is breach-proof. If a breach affects your personal information and creates a legally notifiable risk, we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.

14. Children

The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at lingdongkeji2025@outlook.com and we will delete it.

15. Changes to This Policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the Site before the change takes effect.
