This page explains how we ship orders placed on lingdync.shop. It does not form part of our contract terms; the delivery terms themselves are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the United States within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 14:00 Eastern Time on a business day, or at a weekend or US public holiday, are dispatched on the next business day.
During a promotion, dispatch may take up to 3 business days. We will tell you if that applies to your order.
United States Delivery
- Standard — 3–7 business days, tracked.
- Express — 2 business days, tracked.
International Delivery
We ship to most destinations. International delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Import duty and tax are the recipient’s responsibility. Any import duty, sales tax, VAT or brokerage fee charged by your country is payable by you on arrival, and we are not able to predict the amount. If a parcel is held by customs and not collected, the carrier may return it to us and charge us the return cost, which we may then deduct from a refund.
Tracking
Every order is dispatched with a tracking number. You will receive it by email once the parcel is handed to the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact us at lingdongkeji2025@outlook.com and we will open a trace with the carrier.
Failed Delivery and Collection
- If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will leave a card and hold the parcel at a local depot for a period stated on the card.
- If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you. We can reship it once, at your cost, or refund it.
- Our 30-day return window starts when the parcel is actually collected, not when a delivery attempt fails.
Addresses
Please give a complete, accurate address including the street number, unit or apartment, postcode and, for international shipments, the state or province. We are not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered because the address was incomplete or incorrect.
