These Terms govern your use of lingdync.shop and every order you place with LDYNC, the trading name of Guangxi Lingdong Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the Site or placing an order you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. About Us
LDYNC is the trading name of Guangxi Lingdong Technology Co., Ltd., a company registered in the People’s Republic of China with its registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] and company registration number [COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER]. We sell leather bags, briefcases, backpacks and travel bags. We fulfil orders from our distribution warehouse in the United States.
2. Eligibility to Contract
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are contracting as a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business. We may decline any order where we reasonably suspect you are not authorised or are acting fraudulently.
3. Products and Descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately. However:
- Leather is a natural material. Grain, scarring, shade variation and slight colour differences between panels and between items are inherent to leather and are not defects.
- Hand-finished items vary slightly from the sample. The photograph you viewed is a guide, not a contractual specification.
- Hardware finishes may shift in tone over time through handling and wear.
- Product photographs are taken under controlled lighting. Screens and monitors vary, so colour may differ slightly from the physical item.
- We may update a product listing at any time. The specification that governs your order is the one shown when you placed it.
4. Pricing and Currency
- All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Where you are charged by your bank in your own currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may charge a foreign transaction fee.
- Prices include applicable sales tax collected in the United States at checkout. Duties, import taxes and brokerage fees for shipments outside the United States are the recipient’s responsibility.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
- We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when your order was placed is the price we will charge.
5. Orders and Acceptance of Contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a binding contract. Your contract with us comes into existence only when we dispatch the goods, not when we send an order confirmation or an email saying we have received your order. We may decline your order before dispatch, in which case we will refund you in full.
We may decline an order — and refund in full — if:
- the item is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time;
- the listing contained an obvious pricing error;
- we cannot verify your identity or payment;
- we suspect fraudulent or deceptive activity;
- shipping to the destination is not possible at a commercially reasonable cost.
Please review your order before paying, because we can only cancel or change an order once it has entered fulfilment — see section 12.
6. Payment
Payment is due at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party providers; your card details go directly to them and we never receive or store them. Payment is taken in US dollars (USD).
7. Shipping, Delivery and Risk
- Orders are dispatched from the United States within 1–2 business days.
- United States domestic delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days.
- International delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days.
- Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, by events beyond our reasonable control, or by events affecting our suppliers.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes on collection by the carrier. Please inspect your parcel on arrival.
If your parcel arrives damaged, report it within 7 days of delivery with photographs — see section 5 of our Refund & Returns Policy.
8. Returns
You may cancel an order before dispatch, and you may return delivered items under our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Our Refund & Returns Policy sets out the 30-day window, the condition we require, who pays return postage and refund timings. Please read it before you order.
9. Discount Codes and Promotions
We may run discount codes and promotions. Unless we say otherwise: a code applies to one order only, cannot be combined with another code or a promotion, and has no cash value. We may withdraw or refuse a code, and we may cancel and refund an order where a code was applied in error.
10. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
The Site and everything on it — the LDYNC name and logo, our product designs, text, photography, layout and code — are owned by Guangxi Lingdong Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, resell, scrape or create derivative works from them without our written permission.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for anything unlawful, or to distribute malware.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or to any account.
- Scrape, bulk-download or harvest Site content without permission.
- Use automated tools to place orders, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
- Submit content that is false, misleading or infringes someone else’s rights.
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, including by overloading our servers.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to other websites we do not operate. We provide those links for convenience and do not endorse their content, products or privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites.
12. Order Cancellation and Modification
We accept cancellations and changes only while an order is still in fulfilment and has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled or modified, but you can return the item under our Refund & Returns Policy.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and the products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of malicious code, or that your use of it will meet a particular standard.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or damage to goodwill. We are not liable for any loss arising from delays or failures outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays and events affecting our suppliers.
Our total liability arising from or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for your statutory consumer rights, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us, our officers and employees against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third party’s rights.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States of America. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [US STATE OF REGISTRATION]. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live.
17. Changes to These Terms

18. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
